Has anyone ever had a good return experience with chic me? I know I have been trying to get my refund with no success
They refunded 50% and told me to keep the clothes that I'm telling them don't fit. Bras cannot be returned. I'm a 38 and ordered 38 and 40. These bras i received had to be 34/36 and unfortunately even though they were not true size, I lost my money

Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Exactly! I ordered a large dress that was maybe an inch shy of fully zipping. Fought and jumped through their return hoops to send it back. Stupidly purchased from them again to get the XL because the large was so close to fitting no way the XL wouldn't. Nope this thing is smaller than the large was. Seriously with all these comments there should be a class action against them for their shady scummy business practices.

I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Same here i dont know how this company gets away with it, and that reply above is a joke, i messaged that email address over 100 times with no reply! Ive got to pay over £11 to send an item of clothing back that was not what i ordered. How can i order a jumpsuit and you send hotpants! Joke. Then charge me to send them back You haven't heard the last of this.
